This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
• Supervise client treatment from the assessment phase to care delivery.
• Perform initial and ongoing functional, behavioral, and developmental evaluations.
• Create, oversee, and execute clients' Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Treatment Plans.
• Act as the clinical lead for client cases, providing guidance to Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor and evaluate client programs to analyze data, assess progress, and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Observe the implementation of programs and offer training on interventions when required.
• Collaborate closely with clients and their families by providing training and support.
• Meet with primary caregivers to discuss observations and address any concerns.
• Work together with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement effective intervention programs across various settings.
• Raise awareness and share information regarding Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through training and presentations, both on-site and off-site.
• Attend and engage in team meetings to discuss ideas, success stories, and recent research topics relevant to treatment.
• Hold a master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline.
• Maintain an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Preferred candidates are those currently licensed in Illinois (IL), Maryland (MD), Michigan (MI), Pennsylvania (PA), Tennessee (TN), and Virginia (VA).
• Have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
• Possess effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting packages or equipment, and accessing non-barrier-free premises.
• Enjoy collaborating in an interdisciplinary team environment to develop and implement client treatment plans.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and generate timely correspondence related to work.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Have the flexibility to work independently when necessary but also thrive in a larger team setting.
• Previous experience providing services in a telehealth format is preferred.
• Possess strong knowledge of telehealth technology and platforms for engaging clients, conducting assessments, and managing treatment plans remotely.
• Have experience delivering ABA services via telehealth and familiarity with telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or HIPAA-compliant software).
• Ability to adapt treatment strategies for a virtual environment while ensuring high engagement and clinical effectiveness.
• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency to navigate telehealth tools, troubleshoot issues, and provide training to staff and families remotely.
