Acquiring Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Engage in tasks related to the payment acquiring sector or various payment methods;

• Manage transactions involving credit, debit, and PIX;

• Grasp the capture and authorization processes;

• Utilize knowledge of ISO 8583 protocols and transactional communications;

• Operate POS terminals, TEF systems, and capture solutions;

• Analyze and address operational incidents;

• Conduct data analysis and resolve issues;

• Implement security standards and adhere to PCI certifications;

• Participate in the certification and acceptance testing of terminals and applications;

• Collaborate on certification, pilot programs, and rollout initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in credit, debit, and PIX transactions;

• Comprehension of the capture and authorization processes;

• Familiarity with ISO 8583 protocols and/or transactional communication;

• Knowledge of POS terminals, TEF systems, and capture solutions;

• Experience in analyzing and managing operational incidents;

• Skills in data analysis and problem-solving;

• Understanding of PCI certifications and security standards for payment systems;

• Familiarity with card scheme certifications and release procedures;

• Experience in certification and acceptance testing of terminals and capture applications;

• Background with card schemes/brands such as Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and American Express;

• Proficiency in monitoring tools and log analysis;

• Basic SQL knowledge for query formulation;

• Experience in certification, pilot, and rollout projects;

• Understanding of the EMV protocol;

• Experience in integrating payment applications with commercial/retail systems;

• Competence in technical English for reading documentation and specifications;

• Demonstrated proactivity;

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
