This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• You will be involved in the onboarding of clients, assisting with configurations, parameter settings, and training to ensure optimal use of our products.
• Implement software developed by Segware, guiding the client throughout the entire remote or in-person implementation process.
• Ensure that agreed-upon deadlines and training sessions are met effectively.
• Conduct a detailed analysis of the client's needs to determine the best implementation approach, minimizing operational impacts on the client.
• Analyze and identify potential issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
• Provide in-person and remote training to ensure end-users are adequately prepared to utilize the implemented solutions.
• Offer ongoing support to meet the needs of the clients.
• Document all implementation projects, keeping the work tool updated.
• Create help documentation for the system to facilitate user understanding of functionalities.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the implementation processes and suggest innovations.
• Manage system configurations and adjustments according to client expectations and needs.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring organization and effective delivery of implementations.
• Experience in system implementation, configuration, or support in a SaaS environment.
• Background in technical customer support, software implementation, or infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating systems.
• Basic understanding of Linux (a plus for troubleshooting).
• Proficiency in TCP/IP networking, including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing, and VLAN.
• Familiarity with remote access and support tools.
• Understanding of REST APIs and system integration.
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of IP telephony (VoIP).
• Understanding of SIP and RTP protocols.
• Awareness of audio codecs and call quality factors.
• Basic knowledge of SIP trunks, extensions, queues, and IVR.
• Ability to identify issues related to latency, jitter, packet loss, and firewall/NAT configurations affecting VoIP communication.
• Familiarity with IP PBX systems (such as Asterisk, Issabel, FreePBX, or similar) will be considered an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and meetings with clients.
• Analytical mindset for diagnosing and solving problems.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team and with internal departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to adhere to schedules and implementation timelines.
