Telehealth AHPRA Registered Nurse – Casual Locum

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Address patient inquiries through a ticketing system utilizing clear, precise, and empathetic written communication.

• Handle incoming calls and initiate outbound calls to patients to resolve questions, concerns, and provide assistance.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions is maintained.

• Collaborate with internal teams operating across different time zones.

• Provide a superior standard of patient care while complying with regulatory and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of clinical experience in pharmacy or nursing with AHPRA registration.

• Previous experience in telehealth — skilled in delivering excellent care remotely.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your own workload with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating clinical information.

• Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in managing sensitive discussions.

• Keen attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.

• Willingness to work shifts between 8am–9pm AEST, Monday to Sunday (up to 5 days per week).
