Telecommunications Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversight and modification of call routing within the STFC framework

• Serve as a technical point of contact with telephony operators

• Manage the submission and follow-up of Anomaly Reports (B.As) with operators

• Handle the submission and response processes for Portability Reports with operators

• Engage in operational tasks on ABR Telecom portals, including registrations, documentation, requests, and process tracking

• Request and oversee number portability processes

• Implement the PTI (Transition and Implementation Plan)

• Demonstrate knowledge and application of ANATEL regulations

• Supervise the interconnection management (ITX) between operators

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with STFC operators or service providers in the STFC domain

• Understanding of ANATEL regulations

• Acquaintance with interconnection (ITX) processes and number portability

• Proficient in using ABR Telecom portals and their workflows

• Excellent communication skills and capability to create technical documentation
