• Management, maintenance, and administration of lightweight devices associated with the virtual workplace.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service – Level 3.

• Unified Service Desk (USD) – Level 3.

• USD Hosted Controls, Actions, and Events – Level 2.

• CTI Integration in USD – Level 2.

• C# / .NET (WPF) – Level 2.

• JavaScript in Dynamics environments – Level 2.
