This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Convert safety regulations, operational guidelines, maintenance manuals, and procedures into comprehensive and effective training programs.
• Organize vendor-led training sessions during projects and manage accompanying documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure adherence to contract specifications.
• Monitor all completed training sessions and collect feedback for ongoing quality enhancement.
• Recognize when clients require extra assistance and arrange remedial training, including the coordination of billing.
• Record videos of maintenance processes to aid in training documentation.
• Travel up to 50% to customer and vendor locations for training delivery and receipt.
• Possess a minimum of two years of experience with automated conveyor systems and PLC controls.
• Have a solid understanding of both high and low voltage electrical systems.
• Ability to create structured training programs with defined objectives and outcomes.
• Be comfortable presenting technical information and assisting teams in comprehending it effectively.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support customers during weekends as necessary.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills and the ability to listen, collaborate, and build trust.
• Remain organized and composed while managing changing priorities and dynamic schedules.
