This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Address customer inquiries that come in through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively meet client needs.
• Offer solutions to customer issues while ensuring an enjoyable experience.
• Keep precise records of all client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery continuously.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a remote environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including the possibility of evenings and weekends.
• A reliable desktop or laptop computer operating on Windows 11 is required.
• A high-speed wired internet connection is necessary.
• USB headset with noise-canceling features (wireless headsets are not permitted).
• A webcam (either built-in or external) is required for video interactions.
