This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Contact courts regarding individual orders and provide general updates on court status, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to existing orders.
• Engage professionally and accurately through remote voice calls and emails, maintaining a positive service attitude while interacting with court personnel, attorneys, and other clients.
• Utilize Skye (in-house application) to process documents, input informative updates/notes, and perform other data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Handle a consistent flow of incoming and outgoing phone calls to assist courts and customers with inquiries, as well as managing calls received from courts and customers.
• Convey pertinent, updated information from courts to our process servers and customers as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to identify root causes and process inefficiencies that occur as documents are routed to and from court.
• Navigate and comprehend court dockets to understand the communication of case documents and statuses, as well as downloading and importing documents into the internal application as needed.
• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Legal experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer support, call center, or retail experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working and communicating effectively in a remote environment, utilizing programs such as Teams and Zoom for outbound calls, Teams for chats, and Outlook for emails.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite programs, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, as well as other applications like online Faxes.
• Experience with document manipulation (PDFs).
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks with precision.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Quick learner with a willingness to learn and advance.
