Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service using company-issued equipment and the Talkdesk desktop application.

• Manage incoming calls related to shipping inquiries, returns, warranty issues, damaged or missing items, refunds, and tracking of packages.

• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.

• Must be proficient with computers and various desktop applications.

• ASE certifications are preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive industry is preferred, along with automotive knowledge.
