This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Assist students throughout their educational experience.
• Collaborate directly with students and their families to offer encouragement, accountability, and personalized support.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on student learning logs, delivering timely and actionable insights to aid student development.
• Engage with students in synchronous settings, whether in 1:1, small-group, or large-group formats.
• Mentor and tutor students enrolled in designated courses.
• Develop engaging lessons, activities, or learning experiences.
• Customize resources and support to address the unique needs of each student.
• Identify students at risk and facilitate appropriate intervention pathways.
• Communicate with parents to offer guidance and assistance.
• Participate in IEP meetings as required and work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with fellow educators to share expertise and support students across the program.
• Current teaching certification in Oklahoma, including a Technology endorsement.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding that each child is unique and benefits from tailored learning approaches.
• Kind, organized, patient, and a reliable communicator.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
• Confident in the ability to learn various online tools, systems, and applications.
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Access to a smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (can reside/work from any pre-approved location).
