Technology Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Recruit and place technology experts in software engineering, cloud computing, quality assurance, product management, and delivery teams.

• Establish and nurture a robust network of both contract and permanent talent.

• Oversee staff augmentation and contractor engagements from onboarding through to contract renewal.

• Assist in resource planning and allocation across various projects and client accounts.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

• Administer Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, renewals, and related administrative tasks.

• Offer salary benchmarking, market insights, and hiring guidance.

• Contribute to business development, proposal creation, and growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technology recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for software development, digital product engineering, or technology consulting sectors.

• Familiarity with contractors, staff augmentation, and professional services delivery methods.

• Strong skills in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

• Commercially aware, organized, and highly motivated.
