This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee system usage and user activity to detect data quality concerns, unusual patterns, and workflow or process issues, and communicate findings to the government.
• Supervise system performance and availability, and assist in restoring normal operations after outages or service interruptions.
• Provide periodic training to end-users, including refresher courses, for stakeholder personnel.
• Execute demonstrations of the system for stakeholders.
• Coordinate outreach efforts for stakeholders and aid in the planning and scheduling of online training sessions.
• Uphold a secure development and training environment.
• Create, test, and sustain custom solutions within approved environments utilizing authorized Microsoft 365 cloud tools, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
• Produce and maintain user training materials, online “how-to” guides, and in-app guidance.
• Four (4) years of experience in the development and support of management information systems.
• Experience in developing, testing, and troubleshooting MS Power Platform applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as Project and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must comply with the requirements of SECNAV M-5239.2, the “DON Information Assurance Workforce Management Manual” (generally, a current CompTIA Security+ CE certification).
