This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the execution, enhancement, and maintenance of compliance, legal, and HR technology platforms.
• Ensure that enterprise systems adhere to healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and organizational governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable technology solutions.
• Configure, optimize, and integrate HR, compliance, and legal systems with enterprise applications.
• Support HIPAA compliance initiatives through secure data management, access controls, and audit processes.
• Assess new technologies, suggest process improvements, and lead digital transformation projects.
• Create system documentation, governance frameworks, and best practices for compliance and HR technology operations.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate enhancements with internal teams and technology vendors.
• Assist in reporting, analytics, and dashboard development for compliance monitoring and operational decision-making.
• Provide technical guidance, training for stakeholders, and subject matter expertise across compliance, legal, and HR systems.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in Healthcare IT, compliance systems, legal technology, or HR technology platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare regulations, data privacy, and governance requirements.
• Experience in implementing, supporting, or optimizing HRIS, legal, compliance, or enterprise business systems.
• Familiarity with system integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and enterprise application architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
• Proven experience collaborating with legal, compliance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• Understanding of information security principles, identity and access management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.
