This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate with leaders from designated business functions to enhance leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and decision-making regarding personnel.
• Develop leadership capabilities, foster effective decision-making, accountability, and management of personnel.
• Provide coaching to managers on people-related issues, commercial insights, and self-sufficiency.
• Assist leaders with team effectiveness challenges, performance-related issues, organizational changes, and stakeholder management.
• Create and implement initiatives to empower managers.
• Facilitate the onboarding and integration of new leaders.
• Enhance performance management processes, feedback mechanisms, development planning, and management of underperformance.
• Aid in talent calibration, succession planning, identifying talent risks, and establishing capability pipelines.
• Collaborate on organizational design, team structures, role clarity, spans of control, and workforce efficiency.
• Identify organizational friction points and offer scalable solutions.
• Support restructuring efforts, changes to operating models, transformations, and change initiatives.
• Oversee complex employee relations issues across various jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance to managers on labor laws, risk management, fair processes, and compliance with legal standards.
• Utilize people data and organizational insights to assess attrition, engagement, performance, organizational health, and workforce dynamics.
• Investigate technology, automation, AI-driven tools, and scalable enhancements to People processes.
• Contribute to People reporting, analytics, and operational development.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, consistency in leadership, culture, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Work in partnership with the broader People team and Employee Experience collaborators.
• Over 7 years of experience in People Business Partnering or similar strategic HR roles.
• Proven experience in scaling, global, and/or remote-first organizations.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, coaching, and influence across various leadership levels.
• Confidence in managing intricate performance issues, organizational changes, and employee relations matters.
• Commercially astute, balancing the impact on people with operational realities and business priorities.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and assist in creating structure in developing environments.
• Strong systems thinking and capability in problem-solving.
• Aptitude for identifying scalable solutions rather than temporary fixes.
• Digital proficiency and an inquisitive attitude towards technology, AI-driven tools, automation, and the future of work in People functions.
• Data-informed approach with the ability to convert people insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in supporting Technology organizations is a plus.
• Capability to issue invoices for services as an independent contractor.
