Project Manager – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Receive and manage new dispatch tickets while coordinating with the list of partner vendors.

• Identify and source local vendors when partner vendors are unavailable through phone calls and research.

• Oversee the bidding process and gather necessary information for submission to Walgreens for approval.

• Ensure that approved jobs are executed within the designated timeline alongside partner vendors.

• Finalize and close out tickets once the job has been completed.

• Engage in client-facing communication with partner vendors through both phone and email.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must effectively manage emails, tickets, and communications with vendors.

• Professional communication is essential when interacting with Walgreens and partner vendors.

• Must be comfortable in client-facing roles and frequently make phone calls to partner vendors.

• USB headset equipped with a noise cancellation feature is required.

• A working webcam is necessary for this position.

• Computer specifications should include at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Main internet service should have a speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service should maintain a speed of at least 10 Mbps.
