This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Collaborate with members of the client's global Real Estate and technology teams to design and implement programs and projects related to CRE technology.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that the requirements documentation addresses their needs.
• Execute high-quality program and project management, ensuring robust governance, comprehensive documentation, and efficient communication.
• Foster high-performance team dynamics through strong project leadership and effective resource allocation.
• Navigate both onshore and offshore technical delivery models.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and risks associated with programs/projects.
• Communicate effectively and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is thorough and provide key metrics to assist client leadership in making informed decisions.
• Organize regular meetings with regional end users to assess adoption levels, identify pain points, and create plans to enhance user experience and drive adoption.
• Aid in the development of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure tools evolve consistently to enhance end user experience and adoption.
• Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a consultative approach and sharing insights on best practices and market trends to support stakeholder decision-making.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in program and project management.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Agile experience is a plus, with a desire for CSM certification.
• Familiarity with IWMS or other Corporate Real Estate technologies is advantageous, particularly experience with ServiceNow, Corrigo, and/or Archibus implementations.
• Experience in corporate real estate functions is highly desirable.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work across various global time zones as necessary.
• Strong consultative abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain clear communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive and situational leadership qualities in both people and project management.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering excellence.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and a reliable owner of tasks.
• Experience in large global organizations with intricate technical environments, along with managing relationships with internal and external customers, service providers, and vendors.
• Strong customer focus demonstrated by the ability to collaborate seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, vendors, and technology teams.
