Associate Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assist in promoting program engagement and ensuring high levels of satisfaction among both clients and customers.

• Establish and nurture reliable relationships with clients, customers, installers, and various internal teams.

• Convey intricate concepts clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communication, to diverse audiences with differing viewpoints.

• Oversee multiple tasks by utilizing strong project and time management skills; maintain organization, proactivity, and clear communication.

• Monitor program budgets, objectives, and resource distribution to guarantee effective and efficient execution.

• Compile, analyze, and assess reports and data to evaluate performance and progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
