This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as the main liaison for senior-level client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and facilitating both strategic and tactical communications.
• Grasp business objectives and goals, ensuring that HALO’s complete range of capabilities is utilized to meet client expectations and provide effective solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for revenue growth and enhancements in client experience, creating and presenting actionable strategies.
• Manage the comprehensive execution of intricate e-commerce and event-driven programs, including the planning of marketing, production, and event schedules; overseeing project execution and fulfillment management; and conducting quarterly and annual business reviews.
• Take ownership of deliverables concerning timelines, budgets, resources, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Derive analytical insights from data and reports, integrating them into informed decision-making regarding product assortment, webstore functionality, and marketing engagement.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with documentation and process requirements.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Required experience in the promotional products industry or a comparable field; retail operations experience is highly preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in account management, demonstrating a capability to lead the entire project lifecycle for e-commerce and retail operations initiatives.
• Strong project management expertise and leadership skills are essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to present to senior-level clients.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, managing budgets, and achieving results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet, or similar tools).
