This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Establish and continually enhance the vision, strategy, and measurable goals for designated products

• Create and sustain a results-driven product roadmap

• Lead organized discovery processes employing techniques recognized by certified product programs

• Collaborate with Analytics and business teams to convert behavioral data into actionable product insights

• Work closely on a daily basis with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Operations to devise viable solution options

• Manage the product backlog for specified domains

• Serve as the product lead during Agile ceremonies

• Supervise functional validation for essential features

• Ensure release readiness for designated changes

• Establish and monitor product KPIs and success metrics

• Evaluate product performance and user feedback

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, data/analytics, engineering, or a related discipline

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in product management, product analysis, or closely related positions

• Direct experience with technology products within the insurance, brokerage, or financial services sectors

• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and associated toolsets (e.g., Jira or Azure DevOps)

• Knowledge of product management frameworks and practices from accredited or widely recognized programs
