This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Oversee support tickets related to essential business systems
• Assist with the administration of designated platforms
• Facilitate vendor follow-ups and track issues
• Aid in system implementations by helping with documentation and training
• Participate in business analysis activities and gather user requirements
• Maintain project trackers and coordinate various tasks
• Assist in change management for system updates
• Create and deliver training materials
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and keep system documentation up to date
• Highly organized and proactive individual
• Previous experience in supporting technology solutions
• Competence in managing system support tickets
• Skills in coordinating vendor follow-ups
• Familiarity with business analysis activities
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with system implementations
• Proficient in documenting operational workflows and identifying improvement opportunities
