Technology Lead – Finance

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements for technological solutions.

• Influence and assist in system design to ensure it meets business needs and provides optimal support.

• Work closely with Finance, IT, and Service Fund teams during the entire project lifecycle.

• Lead and manage implementation activities, which include testing, operational readiness, and transition to production support.

• Utilize strong accounting and financial insights in project tasks.

• Facilitate collaboration across functions and nurture strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.

• Provide leadership and direction for projects to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in project leadership.

• Familiarity with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which encompasses setup, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.

• Strong skills in IT business analysis, including the creation of artifacts, architecture, and design documentation.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide consultancy in complex environments.

• Experience in facilitating teams across different functions.

• Established capability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders such as Service Fund, IT, and Finance teams.

• Solid understanding and/or experience in accounting and finance.

• Advanced skills in SQL or similar data query languages.

• Familiarity with Medicare and/or Medicaid systems.

• Experience in data architecture and solution architecture.

• Background in project work, requirement design, and testing.

• Experience with both production support and project-oriented tasks.

• Extensive experience collaborating with IT teams.
