Technology Integrations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive strategy governing the flow of data across our retail, finance, and supply chain ecosystems. Assess, choose, and oversee top-tier micro-SaaS and middleware solutions (Celigo, Workato) instead of depending on outdated custom-built code.

• Systems Optimization: Spearhead the strategic dismantling of legacy dependencies and enhance our Order Management System (OMS) functionalities.

• Omnichannel Growth: Guarantee that the technology stack grows effortlessly in conjunction with rapid retail store expansion, enabling intricate inventory logic, omnichannel fulfillment (including BOPIS), and post-purchase workflows (Returns and Warranty).

• Serve as the main strategic collaborator with the Finance department. Ensure that the ERP (NetSuite) is designed to provide seamless automated GL mapping, revenue recognition, and month-end reconciliation.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Retail Operations to enhance the WMS (RF-Smart) and Product Lifecycle Management (WFX) systems.

• Lead and mentor a highly specialized team of outstanding individual contributors, beginning with a dedicated NetSuite Administrator / Integrations Engineer.

• Manage relationships, contract negotiations, and SLAs with our third-party software partners and system integrators, ensuring optimal ROI and swift execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in Retail Technology, E-commerce Operations, or Business Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Tech Stack Mastery: Profound architectural knowledge of our core technology stack: NetSuite, Shopify Plus, and contemporary iPaaS middleware (Celigo, Boomi, or Workato).

• Operational Philosophy: A robust "buy and integrate" mindset. You favor utilizing APIs and specialized SaaS tools over constructing extensive, expensive internal engineering teams.

• Financial Acumen: Solid grasp of retail accounting, inventory valuation, and how commerce data influences the general ledger.

• Execution Focus: Demonstrated ability to act swiftly, prioritize 90% solutions that maintain business momentum, and effectively manage technical debt in a fast-paced setting.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Flexibility to adapt to the business's needs.

• Capability to work full-time hours and adjust to business requirements.
