Technical Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the systems in use and remain updated on new features, enhancements, and product trends.

• Partner with business stakeholders and other IT personnel to grasp business requirements.

• Promote the integration of innovative tools and technologies.

• Create and implement training programs aimed at improving technical skills across teams.

• Establish optimal practices for leveraging technology to achieve business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical enablement, project management, or a comparable role is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Relevant certifications (such as ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) are beneficial.

• Strong understanding of diverse technologies, including software applications, cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and enterprise AI platforms.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and succinctly.

• Experience in defining the scope, planning, and executing technology-related projects.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users.

• Expertise in analyzing integration requirements and proposing optimal solutions.

• Dedication to keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in enterprise AI.

• Experience in managing enterprise AI tools, including configuring access and permissions, overseeing licensing, monitoring usage and adoption, communicating policies to end-users, and coordinating with vendors for deployment and support.
