This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a smaller portfolio of designated clinics, ensuring full responsibility for client relationships, performance, and satisfaction.

• Facilitate client meetings centered around KPIs, financial performance, trends, and action plans.

• Recognize potential risks early and implement corrective actions to enhance outcomes.

• Assist a team of RCM Service Managers by offering guidance, coaching, and daily direction.

• Actively monitor clinic health across essential performance metrics, including AR Aging, denial trends, clean claim rate, and collection performance.

• Collaborate closely with Claims Management and Vendor Management teams to ensure alignment on priorities, workflows, and performance expectations.

• Provide regular updates to the RCM Director regarding overall client health, risks, escalations, and team performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare account management, or medical billing operations.

• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and enhancing revenue cycle performance.

• Proven ability to mentor, coach, or lead team members in formal or informal capacities.

• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle KPIs, payer behavior, and operational workflows.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with billing, claims, coding, and vendor teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
