Consulting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of consulting projects, collaborating closely with clients to address intricate operational and organizational challenges.

• Supervise teams, maintain delivery quality, and serve as a reliable point of contact for client stakeholders.

• Direct consulting teams and manage delivery across various project workstreams.

• Establish strong, trustworthy relationships with client stakeholders.

• Structure and resolve complex issues related to operational enhancement, risk management, or transformation efforts.

• Oversee project implementation to guarantee quality, effectiveness, and on-time delivery.

• Guide, mentor, and support the development of consultants through performance feedback and assistance.

• Facilitate client discussions, proposals, and opportunities for account expansion.

• Ensure adherence to dss+ methodologies and consistent delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in management consulting, project leadership, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in managing project delivery and leading teams.

• Experience in transformation, operational enhancement, or change initiatives.

• Preferred experience in asset-intensive or operationally complex settings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field.

• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
