Technology Development Manager – Site Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acts as the representative for the department, serving as the link between Systems Development, Process Improvement, and business end-users across all functional areas.

• Identifies operational objectives within the department.

• Evaluates, analyzes, and suggests enhancements to business systems to meet departmental needs.

• Communicates the technology priorities of the department to Systems Development and Process Improvement.

• Oversees internal department technology projects.

• Creates and maintains user documentation, providing training to end-users.

• Offers support and communicates the potential business impact to end-users from all functional areas, serving as an escalation point and subject matter expert for departmental technology systems.

• Engages in department initiatives related to both new and existing business applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare field.

• Background in Biomedical and Health Informatics is advantageous.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research.

• At least 2 years of experience in Clinical or Site Operations.

• Proficient in standard MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with technology and IT systems.
