Techno Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of Blue Yonder/JDA solutions within supply chain and planning modules.

• Collect, analyze, and convert business requirements into techno-functional specifications and design solutions.

• Configure and tailor Blue Yonder applications to align with business needs and operational workflows.

• Collaborate closely with business users, supply chain teams, and technical developers to ensure effective solution delivery.

• Engage in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and discussions on functional design.

• Offer expertise in system integration, data mapping, workflows, and process optimization.

• Assist in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• Diagnose system issues, identify underlying causes, and propose sustainable solutions.

• Work with both offshore and onsite teams for smooth execution and delivery.

• Facilitate user training sessions and develop functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.

• Ensure compliance with best practices, governance standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

• Take part in upgrade, migration, and transformation projects related to Blue Yonder/JDA platforms.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in supply chain planning and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 10+ years

• Extensive experience with Blue Yonder and JDA supply chain solutions.

• Demonstrated expertise as a Techno Functional Consultant in enterprise application environments.

• Practical experience in configuration, customization, and support of Blue Yonder/JDA modules.

• Deep understanding of supply chain management and planning processes.

• Capability to bridge functional business requirements with technical implementation.

• Experience in drafting functional specifications, test cases, and solution documentation.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, batch processing, and enterprise systems.

• Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery settings.

• Experience: 10 – 20 years in Blue Yonder/JDA techno-functional consulting roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in Blue Yonder/JDA technologies are preferred.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or supply chain modernization projects is highly desirable.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
