Technischer Projektmanager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent planning and management of IT projects from conception to successful completion.

• Gathering and documenting customer requirements, along with the creation of specifications and requirements documents.

• Leading and motivating interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Monitoring compliance with quality standards and conducting risk analyses.

• Active participation in technical decision-making, particularly in the area of PHP development, and supporting the team with complex issues.

• Regular coordination with clients and stakeholders, presenting project results, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Efficient communication with minimal meetings, primarily in writing via Slack, to keep the number of meetings low.

• Collaboration with colleagues from diverse cultures and time zones, emphasizing asynchronous work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in web development.

• Strong knowledge of PHP as well as web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and assertiveness.

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

• Capability for efficient communication with minimal meetings, mainly in writing through tools like Slack.

• Experience collaborating with international teams across various time zones.

• Willingness to actively participate in QA processes to develop a deep understanding of the product.

• Familiarity with the following tools is advantageous: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Bitbucket/GitHub.
