This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Technical documentation and planning coordination

• Preparation of detailed offers and measurement documents, alongside close collaboration with specialists to ensure precise and executable planning

• Coordination of construction sites with subcontractors and clients

• Organization, management, and supervision of external service providers on-site while adhering to deadlines, cost, and quality standards

• Ongoing communication with clients and partners to guarantee a smooth project flow

• Responsibility for project documentation, billing, and tracking to ensure transparency and cost-effectiveness

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of construction managers

• Identification and implementation of technical and organizational optimization potentials to enhance efficiency in ongoing operations

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree or vocational training in supply engineering, building technology, or energy and environmental technology

• Knowledge of VOB/B and experience in managing multiple construction managers and service providers

• Structured and results-oriented working style, flexibility, and willingness to travel

• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation abilities

• Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written.
