Technischer Projektleiter, IT-Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the planning, management, and execution of technical projects in the areas of Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premise.

• Analyze existing infrastructure and system landscapes; develop architectural concepts and roadmaps.

• Migrate On-Premise solutions to the Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrate hybrid scenarios.

• Operate and further develop complex system architectures (e.g., Microservices, Containers, Virtualization, Active Directory, Networks).

• Serve as the interface to the client: provide technical consulting, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and coordinate efforts.

• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support for team members.

• Ensure quality, documentation, testing strategies, and governance in projects.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities, standardization, and optimization.

• Monitor, perform performance analyses, scale, and troubleshoot in heterogeneous environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial to advanced experience in executing technical IT projects, preferably in Cloud and On-Premise environments.

• Solid knowledge of at least one Cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) as well as experience with traditional On-Premise technologies (Servers, Virtualization, Networks, Storage).

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).

• Knowledge of infrastructure components (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls).

• Ideally, experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and non-technical.

• Structured and organized work style, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks independently.

• Experience in leading or supporting teams or technical colleagues is an advantage.

• Very good German and good English skills (written & spoken).
