Technischer Kundenberater

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You provide technical and handling support to veterinary practice teams for their laboratory diagnostic analysis devices.

• You coordinate the installation of devices with internal and external contacts and assist in resolving hardware and integration issues.

• You collaborate closely with internal teams to efficiently address customer inquiries and challenges.

• You guide customers through troubleshooting processes and offer practical tips and advice on device handling and maintenance.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are customer-oriented and have gained experience in customer service.

• You possess a strong service mindset and are proficient in verbal and written communication in both German and English.

• Additionally, speaking Czech would be a plus.

• A training background and work experience as a veterinary medical specialist is advantageous.

• A passion for technology is beneficial.

• You are calm, creative, and combine these qualities with a high degree of accuracy and analytical thinking.

• You are motivated and enjoy working in a large team, and you are not a fan of routine, thriving on new challenges.
