This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Primary point of contact for study offices and architects in Limburg and Antwerp
• Actively represent and promote Viessmann and Carrier
• Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding HVAC and energy systems
• Follow up on all presales projects within your region
• Serve as a bridge between internal presales, sales, and the customer
• Identify customer needs and translate them into strong solutions and proposals
• Offer technical support to project installers
• Monitor market trends and competition within your area
• Identify commercial opportunities and strategic growth prospects
• Report using Salesforce, Power BI, and internal MS365 tools
• Represent Viessmann at trade fairs, information sessions, and technical events
• You are commercially minded, result-oriented, and technically proficient
• You communicate smoothly and professionally with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with HVAC, heating solutions, or sustainable energy systems is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce? That's a bonus!
• You remain calm under pressure and are service-oriented
• A true team player
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (French is an additional asset)
