Technician – MWS Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Establish trust and influence with clients while nurturing relationships.

• Oversee preventative maintenance, providing both onsite and remote service and support.

• Diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues.

• Install components, conduct electrical work, plumbing, welding, and fabrication tasks.

• Transport and deliver equipment to customer locations.

• Adjust feed additive dosages utilizing Micro Weigh System software.

• Execute operational tests and maintain FDA documentation for clients.

• Train client personnel on equipment operation and inventory management.

• Inform customer management about new products and programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, and fabrication.

• Experience and knowledge of feed yard operations is beneficial.

• Familiarity with power tools and volt meters.

• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and follow detailed instructions.

• Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Must be capable of reading and comprehending English.

• Strong customer service skills and a sense of urgency are essential.

• Valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record are required.

• Must be able to obtain a health card.
