This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develops fundamental Array activity builds, including uploading slides, managing polling surveys, and other administrative functionalities, while making necessary content adjustments for meetings before and during their execution.
• Aids in the setup of networks to operate the Array application on iPads for in-person meetings.
• Ensures that equipment is received, cleaned, charged, and fully operational for each on-site meeting.
• Guides clients on the proper use of Array technology and other technical features related to live meetings.
• Validates and generates post-meeting reports and data as required.
• Keeps abreast of the latest company technology and service offerings.
• Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all interaction points.
• Collaborates effectively within teams and works independently, adjusting to various work environments and client demands.
• Offers business support to Project Managers as needed.
• Travels to meeting venues as necessary, providing on-site assistance and ensuring seamless technology implementation.
• Cultivates and sustains strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and liaison.
• Effectively manages time, juggling multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities.
• Recognizes opportunities for operational enhancement.
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor, which may occasionally be delegated by a higher-level supervisor and/or may not directly relate to the described position.
• Proficient in utilizing multiple computer applications under pressure, with a foundational understanding of networking principles.
• Proven technical aptitude with the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
• Preferred experience in working with audio/visual technology to support live meetings and event production.
• Familiarity with web-conferencing technologies such as Zoom, Teams, and Webex is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness and capability to travel (valid driver's license and eligibility for passport required), with regular overnight travel, early mornings, late nights, and weekends expected. Must reside within a commuting distance (60 miles or less) of an international airport.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team environments.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse work settings and schedules – including in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
