Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the preventive maintenance of electrical facilities and equipment, including distribution boxes, air conditioning systems, water supply and drainage systems, and lighting systems.

• Oversee inspections, handovers, and follow-ups on outstanding work for client renovation and remodeling projects.

• Ensure the normal operation of specialized fire protection, security, and low-voltage (including conference) systems.

• Assist in the scheduling of regular maintenance and emergency repairs with equipment suppliers.

• Maintain operation logs and repair records, while organizing relevant project documentation.

• Support clients in on-site event arrangements as well as post-event restoration of the venue.

• Complete additional tasks assigned by the project supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in property maintenance or operations.

• Possession of an electrician's operational certificate.

• Proactive work attitude with a strong service orientation.

• Excellent communication and verbal expression skills.

• Educational background of at least vocational school level, preferably in an engineering-related field.

• Experience in providing services for large high-end properties.
