This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Create and present engaging proposal narratives.
• Conduct interviews with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Solution Architects to produce technical proposal documentation.
• Extract win themes and essential differentiators to craft and express persuasive proposal content.
• Clearly convey the "How" and the "Why" in addition to the "What."
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect, assess, and integrate information from diverse sources.
• Participate in capture, solution, and proposal meetings to gain a thorough understanding of opportunities and customize proposal messaging.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
• Over 10 years of professional experience.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Technical expertise and/or a solid understanding in fields such as data analytics, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, engineering, technical operations, human performance/medical, or supply chain and sustainment.
• Proven experience in writing narratives for Federal Civil IT/Cybersecurity/Engineering/Operations solutions and pursuits.
• Familiarity with Federal Civil agencies.
• Experience with Shipley proposal development methodology is preferred.
• Certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) or a similar credential is preferred.
