This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan, develop, write, and oversee interactive learning content for the Censys LMS.
• Organize courses and learning paths from objectives to final publication.
• Convert instructor-led training materials into engaging, self-paced eLearning modules.
• Design interactive capture-the-flag learning activities in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Support the Senior Content Manager in producing product documentation.
• Create and implement processes to ensure that technical content and email onboarding programs remain up-to-date.
• Produce video content that highlights feature releases, customer personas, and practical product use cases.
• Choose suitable formats like documentation, video, interactive walkthroughs, or hands-on exercises.
• Educate users on how Censys operates, its significance, and its benefits to daily workflows.
• Clarify Censys applications in attack surface management, critical infrastructure monitoring, and threat hunting/threat intelligence.
• Engage in feature development and testing while advocating for enhancements in user experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Over 2 years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, content development, or a similar content/enablement position.
• Proven experience in creating content for an LMS or other eLearning platforms, including course structuring and publishing.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical product features into clear and engaging content.
• Experience in producing or coordinating video content, from scripting to final production.
• Ability to learn technical, security-focused products thoroughly and translate that knowledge into teachable content.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple content workstreams and deadlines concurrently.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to gather input and ensure content accuracy.
• A curious mindset, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI technologies.
