Technical Writer, Documentation & Workflow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Develop documentation for product modules, technical solutions, guides, and compliance regulations.

• Revise materials in response to product and system modifications.

• Standardize the structure, formatting, and translation of documents.

• Archive obsolete content to mitigate the accumulation of technical debt.

• Collect and validate information from engineers, analysts, and product managers.

• Manage the organization of the wiki space, including templates, navigation, and links.

• Resolve rendering, plugin, and markup issues.

• Create and set up task tracker boards, encompassing structure, filters, and views.

• Modify automated rules, including triggers, transitions, and notifications.

• Investigate failures in automation and malfunctions of rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience as a technical writer or documentation editor.

• Native proficiency in Russian.

• Written English proficiency at a B2 level.

• Experience in creating, structuring, and utilizing Confluence templates.

• Knowledge of documentation frameworks, including guides, reference manuals, regulations, and technical solutions.

• Capability to independently research technical subjects.

• Proficient in collaborating with subject matter experts by formulating questions and gathering and verifying information.

• Basic understanding of front-end and back-end development, microservices, and Git.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring correct links, consistent terminology, and adherence to templates.
