This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create documentation for Stripe products, which includes conceptual overviews, task-oriented guides, APIs, and tutorials for various offerings.

• Ensure the quality of content through curation, gathering user feedback, and analyzing content performance.

• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and support engineers to guarantee expertise in content and accuracy in documentation.

• Achieve results in a fast-paced work setting that offers a significant degree of autonomy.

• Advance Stripe documentation by conceptualizing and executing innovative methods to deliver, write, analyze, and engage with technical content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing.

• Ability to collaborate, partner, and learn from other proficient technical writers.

• Skilled in HTML and Markdown.

• Familiarity with Git and VSCode.

• Capable of communicating technical concepts in a clear and precise manner.

• Experience with backend programming languages such as Ruby, Go, Python, PHP, Node, or Java (preferred).

• Background in handling large information architecture projects (preferred).

• Experience managing multiple product launches simultaneously (preferred).

• Experience working within a team of technical writers (preferred).
