Technical Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development, updating, and maintenance of clear, structured, and user-oriented technical documentation

• Analysis of technical requirements, specifications, APIs, and implementation details to prepare accurate documentation

• Collaboration with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate information

• Documentation of APIs, integrations, system logic, user flows, configuration rules, error handling, edge cases, and changes within releases

• Review and enhancement of existing documentation to ensure its accuracy, consistency, readability, and compliance with internal standards

• Participation in technical reviews, peer reviews, and documentation planning to ensure high-quality materials

• Application and improvement of documentation standards, templates, terminology, style guides, and best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or in a related field

• Experience in creating documentation for end-users and developers (guides, user manuals, API documentation)

• Familiarity with documentation creation systems (Confluence, Notion, Document360.io, etc.)

• Proficiency with task planning tools (Jira, Trello)

• Skills in graphic editing tools (Snagit, PickPick, Lightshot, etc.)

• English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work with large volumes of information

• Attention to detail and maintenance of text consistency

• Willingness and readiness to work both collaboratively and independently
