This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Gaining comprehensive understanding of the Rithum network, its solutions, and user requirements.
• Updating and maintaining current user-facing materials, such as user guides, test plans, and online assistance.
• Leveraging existing templates and toolkits to create high-quality communications aimed at program adoption or operational notifications.
• Following established processes and procedures to ensure effective source control and organized reporting.
• Producing high-quality user-facing content, including tailored setup guides, online assistance, product update announcements, and email correspondence.
• Creating high-quality documentation, encompassing business process documentation, templates, and forms.
• Reviewing and editing content created by fellow technical writers and other teams within Rithum, as required.
• Collaborating with technical teams and project leaders to determine content requirements and facilitate the review and approval workflow.
• Reviewing and maintaining existing standards for both client-facing and internal documentation.
• Engaging in the implementation of new technologies to enhance content development, management, and delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical writing or a related field (writing samples will be requested).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, along with Adobe tools such as Acrobat and InDesign.
• Familiarity with design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with collaboration and project/issue management tools, for instance, Jira.
• Background in using SharePoint.
• Proficient in using Notion.
• Knowledge of help authoring solutions, such as Salesforce.
• Experience with software that delivers operational content to users via in-app messages and emails, such as Pendo Orchestrate.
• Familiarity with screen capture software.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
