Technical Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create and update documentation intended for customers, including conceptual explanations, tutorials, detailed step-by-step guides, architecture overviews, and references.

• Evaluate and enhance content produced by fellow technical writers to guarantee quality and thoroughness.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, solution architects, and support engineers to gain insights into user experiences and enhance the documentation accordingly.

• Develop best practices for writing style, workflows, documentation infrastructure, and automation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical writing.

• Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Familiarity with the docs-as-code methodology (Git, Markdown/MDX).

• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts (such as virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, storage) and ML/AI (including training, inference, fine-tuning).

• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment while ensuring high-quality standards and prioritizing customer care at every stage.
