📋 Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to collect and comprehend technical information.

• Conduct analysis to evaluate the current state of the system.

• Create and revise technical documentation, including knowledge articles and system documentation, to accurately represent the current state.

• Structure and convey information in a clear and concise manner for diverse audiences.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all documentation.

• Revise existing documentation to align with changes in technology, products, or processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong grasp of information technology concepts, systems, and processes.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a strong attention to detail.

• Previous experience with Ruby on Rails frameworks is a significant advantage.

• Capacity to work autonomously, juggle multiple projects at once, and adhere to deadlines.
