This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Prepare bid narratives, concept notes, and outreach materials in accordance with customer specifications.
• Ensure that proposals are coherent, persuasive, technically robust, and meet evaluation criteria as well as client-specific requirements.
• Gather a substantial amount of information and effectively integrate it into proposals that clearly convey complex customer solutions.
• Incorporate feedback from reviewers and make necessary revisions prior to bid submission.
• Foster and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the availability of sufficient information for creating high-quality written products for customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the bidding and capturing processes, promoting innovation and efficiency in systems, tools, and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a master’s degree preferred.
• At least six years of experience in bid writing and producing high-quality written materials for external use, ideally within the health, defense, medical, and/or security sectors.
• Proven experience with NATO, UN, UK, and EU government proposal submissions is essential.
• Experience in writing bids related to health, security, and the medical field is advantageous.
• Outstanding ability to craft compelling responses to client solicitations, particularly in high-stakes situations.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong editing, formatting, and research capabilities.
• Robust consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Native-level fluency in English (excellent writing, speaking, and reading skills); knowledge of French, Arabic, and German is a plus but not mandatory.
