Technical weclapp Consultant – m/w/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist our clients throughout the weclapp lifecycle – during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.

• You will accurately document business requirements, maintaining structured records and communicating them to the development team.

• You will configure weclapp in accordance with standard e-commerce processes and agreed-upon guidelines.

• You will implement smaller automations and adjustments independently – such as n8n flows, API calls, or data imports and mappings – and involve the development team for more complex tasks.

• You will collaborate with the development team to implement solutions and SaaS plugins for weclapp.

• You will conduct onboarding training sessions, create documentation, and assist teams in utilizing their weclapp system securely.

• You will analyze support and interface cases (Shop, Marketplace, Payment, Carriers like DPD, Sendcloud, or Shipcloud), identify the root cause, and work towards a resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid weclapp knowledge and initial practical experience – whether from a consultant, in-house, or support role in e-commerce.

• Good understanding of ERP processes (Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, master data, workflows) and basic knowledge in accounting/finance.

• Technical understanding with a hands-on approach: You can read APIs and data structures, understand automations, and build smaller flows or scripts yourself (e.g., n8n, REST/JSON).

• Openness to AI-supported work: You actively use modern AI tools (e.g., LLMs/assistants) in your daily routine and want to leverage them further.

• Structured, solution-oriented working style: You listen attentively, ask clear questions, and document information concisely.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
