This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Conducting technical training sessions in North America for customers, partners, and staff.
• Offering in-depth technical, administrative, and end-user guidance on the ASTRO25 Infrastructure, Subscriber Radios, and the Motorola Solutions Ecosystem.
• Collaborating with Training Consultants to provide training recommendations during customer planning sessions.
• Partnering closely with NA Training Consultants, Account Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Project Managers to ensure thorough training delivery.
• Guaranteeing that training is delivered to customers, enabling them to effectively use, operate, and maintain their Motorola Solutions products and solutions.
• Fostering customer satisfaction and nurturing strong customer relationships.
• Executing training delivery, development, administration, planning, and execution of training events, including testing and maintaining a lab environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of technical experience with ASTRO/P25 communication systems.
• Strong understanding of P25 Systems Integration.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical technical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical training.
• Familiarity with networking, PCs, and Operating Systems.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Self-motivated in both team and individual settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to accuracy and maintaining high standards.
• Skilled in building strong relationships internally and externally.
• Capable of scoping efforts and coordinating work to meet internal, external, and project deadlines.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Practical and demonstrable technical experience with Dispatch Console Sites, RF Sites, Key Management Facility, and Encryption in P25 Public Safety Communications Systems.
• Ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues.
• Comprehension of how various elements integrate to form a solution.
• Willingness to research and collaborate cross-functionally to explore new innovative ideas.
• Staying updated on developments in technology and training, and recommending their application to important initiatives.
• Consulting with management and peers.
• An Associate's degree in Adult Education Networking, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in voice communications systems, especially VoIP Dispatch Console, LMR, and PBX technology.
• Familiarity with P25 Communications Systems and associated subscribers.
• Training Certification or experience in Training Development.
• System Management experience in IP-Based Dispatch Consoles.
• Proficient in Visio, MS Office, and Google Suite.
