This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Deliver technical training classes for customers, partners, and employees across North America (NA).
• Offer comprehensive instruction on the ASTRO25 Infrastructure, Subscriber Radios, and the Motorola Solutions Ecosystem, focusing on technical, administrative, and end-user aspects.
• Collaborate with Training Consultants to provide training recommendations during customer planning sessions.
• Work in conjunction with NA Training Consultants, Account Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Project Managers for effective training delivery.
• Ensure that the training provided empowers customers to use, operate, and maintain their Motorola Solutions products and solutions efficiently.
• Foster customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships with clients.
• Manage the delivery, development, administration, planning, and execution of training events, including the testing and maintenance of a lab environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of technical experience with ASTRO/P25 communication systems.
• In-depth knowledge of P25 Systems Integration is essential.
• At least 5 years of practical technical experience required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training.
• Familiarity with networking, PCs, and Operating Systems.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High commitment to accuracy and maintaining quality standards.
• Skilled in building strong internal and external relationships.
• Ability to assess project scope and coordinate work to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Practical and verifiable technical expertise in Dispatch Console Sites, RF Sites, Key Management Facility & Encryption within P25 Public Safety Communications Systems.
• Capability to work independently to identify and resolve issues.
• Understanding of how various elements create a comprehensive solution.
• Engage in research and collaborate cross-functionally to explore innovative ideas.
• Stay updated on advancements in technology and training, recommending applications for key initiatives.
• Consult with management and peers for effective outcomes.
• An Associate's degree in Adult Education Networking or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with voice communications systems, particularly VoIP Dispatch Console, LMR, and PBX technology.
• Experience with P25 Communications Systems and subscribers is required.
• Training certification or experience in training development is a plus.
• Experience in system management of IP-Based Dispatch Consoles.
• Proficient in Visio, MS Office, and Google Suite.
