Technical Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical training representative for Fieldpiece in the region.

• Create, enhance, and refine technical training materials, presentations, curricula, and supporting resources.

• Provide engaging training on technical products and applications to distributors, training centers, contractors, and industry professionals.

• Foster and enhance relationships with current Fieldpiece training centers.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners for training centers.

• Establish and support the Fieldpiece Training Ambassador network.

• Offer technical training support to internal sales teams and distributor partners.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure alignment of training programs with business goals.

• Assist at trade shows, customer events, demonstrations, and industry-related activities.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in HVAC/R applications, industry trends, and Fieldpiece solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the HVACR industry, test and measurement sector, or professional tools market.

• Over 2 years of experience in developing technical training content, curricula, presentations, and educational materials.

• More than 3 years of experience in delivering technical training, classroom instruction, workshops, or presentations to professional audiences.

• Strong technical aptitude with the capability to translate complex ideas into practical learning experiences.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.

• Capacity to cultivate trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software.

• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
