This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on athenaIDX back office workflows.
• Deliver training through various channels, including virtual sessions and personalized coaching.
• Create and sustain training materials and job aids.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
• Collaborate with PMS Support and project teams to ensure training is aligned with established processes.
• Keep up-to-date with athenaIDX updates and best practices.
• Develop focused training sessions based on frequently encountered issues.
• Offer post-training support to end users.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Generally requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive expertise in the athenaIDX application.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes.
• Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs.
• Ability to convert complex workflows into concise training content.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for in-person training sessions.
